Our Partners
For four years, our firm has been the official supplier for the Outaouais region, of Le Conseil québécois des ressources humaines en tourisme (CQRHT) programs. We are responsible for selling, planning, organization and management of the services of the CQRHT which include: training programs, improvement tools, National Occupational Standards and Professional Recognition of the "EMERIT" program.
Our partnership with the CEGEP de l'Outaouais allows us to offer different tools to develop and obtain the necessary support in the development of training programs dedicated to tourism. In addition, as part of its continuing education program, the college offers our training workshops.
Emploi Québec recognizes and recommends the training workshops and programs offered by Louise Boudrias et consultants Inc. By way of their confidence and their support, Emploi Quebec has granted us, for a second year in a row, a financial envelope to help facilitate access to our training programs by the tourism related businesses of our region. This envelope is managed by Tourisme Outaouais.
In addition to being a member in good standings of Outaouais Tourism, Louise Boudrias sits on the Board of Directors as President, and is also part of the executive committee. Also, each year, we are mandated to give Customer Service workshops to employees of the tourist information offices and kiosks in the Outaouais.
RéseauTACT is the combination of services offered to tourism industry businesses by the four francophone school boards in the Outaouais area. Due to this partnership with RéseauTACT, we will soon start training programs for managers and owners of tourism businesses in the region, How to Effectively Manage my Tourism Business.
