The success of our business is based on the fact that we accomplished our goal and became the reference in term of human resources training, businness support and events planning.
Louise Boudrias, president and founder, offers a vast experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. She is a graduate from the Université du Québec in business administration and holds a certificate in hotel and restaurant administration.
During her career, she became, in 2003-2004, the director of the Collège Mérici in Outaouais as well as responsable for the tourism and hotel programs. She also had the experience of being a teacher at La Cité Collégiale in Ottawa for the Events and Congress Planning program.
In July 2005, she founded her own business with one goal in mind: develop and offer programs and services that answer the specific needs of the hospitality and tourism clientele.
In partnership with the Conseil québécois des ressources humaines en tourisme (CQRHT), the Cégep de l’Outaouais as well as Emploi Québec, strategies regarding human resources development have been develop and put in place.
These strategies were develop to augment the professionalism of the industry, Increase the importance and the stability in this sector of the economy, becoming more competitive and reach the highest standards possible.
